About the Role
Voss Helmets is looking for a dynamic, culturally aware, and highly organized Social Media & Influencer Manager to oversee our digital presence across North America and Latin America. This hybrid role is perfect for a candidate who understands how to storytell across markets, build community, manage creators, and execute high-performing content strategies on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
This role combines:
- Social Media Management (NA + LATAM)
- Content Planning & Execution

- Influencer Outreach, Negotiation & Coordination
- Analytics, Reporting & Strategy Development
You will work closely with the North American Marketing Lead, LATAM Sales Representative, and the broader creative team to grow the Voss Helmets brand across multiple markets while elevating the voice of the motorcycle community we serve.
Key ResponsibilitiesNorth American Social Media Management (Primary Market)
- Manage and grow Voss Helmets' Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts accounts.
- Develop weekly content calendars, campaign strategies, and storytelling arcs for product launches, graphics drops, and seasonal promotions.
- Create and post Reels, stories, carousels, and community content aligned with Voss' brand tone.
- Engage daily with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and guide potential customers toward sales channels.
- Identify emerging trends, hooks, and formats popular with NA motorcycle audiences (sportbike, cruiser, touring, beginners, etc.).
LATAM Social Media Management
- Manage up to 4 LATAM-focused Instagram pages.
- Adapt and localize content for cultural relevance in Mexico, Central America, and South America.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries in Spanish (Portuguese is a strong bonus but not required).
- Support LATAM Sales Rep with digital communications, product promotions, and community building.
Influencer Outreach & Management (NA + LATAM)
- Identify and recruit creators across both regions (motorcycle, automotive, lifestyle).
- Manage influencer relationships, negotiate deliverables, coordinate shipments, and track usage rights.
- Maintain spreadsheets or CRM systems for tracking performance, contracts, content, and deadlines.
- Analyze influencer ROI and recommend ongoing partnership opportunities.
- Source UGC and creator content for paid ads and organic channels.
Content Strategy & Creative Collaboration
- Work with the creative team to request and produce photos, videos, reels, and promotional assets.
- Develop storytelling concepts for new helmet graphics, product features, fit/sizing education, and brand campaigns.
- Manage UGC submissions and create "community-first" content initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on growth, engagement, reach, retention, and content performance weekly.
- Provide insights and data-backed recommendations to continuously improve strategy.
- Adjust content approach monthly based on performance patterns.
QualificationsRequired
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management for a brand or agency.
- Proven ability to grow social channels through Reels/TikTok, content series, and community engagement.
- Experience managing creators, ambassadors, or influencers.
- Strong written communication skills in English; Spanish fluency for LATAM is required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple channels and markets.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, scheduling tools, and basic analytics dashboards.
- Understanding of UGC-style content and storytelling principles.
Preferred
- Passion for motorcycle culture, automotive communities, action sports, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC consumer brands.
- Basic editing, photography, or content production skills.
- Experience with paid media collaboration (providing organic content insights for ad teams).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
