  • Managing and servicing assigned client accounts, including follow-ups, renewals, and ongoing relationship support.
  • Conducting product and market research to support recommendations across investment, insurance, and wealth strategies.
  • Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation within CRM and regulatory systems.
  • Participating in client meetings by preparing briefing materials, capturing notes, and coordinating follow-up actions.

  • Supporting the smooth operation of the practice through planning, administrative coordination, and client service.

What You Bring:

  • A university degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of financial services experience, ideally in advisory, investment, or insurance support.
  • CSC and LLQP licenses (required).
  • Working knowledge of life, critical illness, disability, and travel insurance products.
  • Ability to interpret and clearly communicate financial concepts to clients.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and learning new platforms (e.g., Morningstar, CapIntel, CRM systems).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine client-service mindset.
  • French language skills are an asset, but not required.

Why Join Us
