Agropur is looking for a Senior TI Functional Analyst to join its team in St-Hubert.

As a Senior IT Functional Analyst , you will play a strategic role in the deployment, optimization, and support of SAP solutions dedicated to warehouse management (EWM). As a true techno-functional expert, you will transform operational needs into robust and scalable SAP solutions. You will be actively involved in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle, from design to go-live, including configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.

• Salary scale 006: $98,400 to $123,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

What this role involves:

More specifically, as a Senior TI Functional Analyst , your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes and identify improvement needs.

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and draft functional and technical specifications.

• Perform advanced SAP EWM configuration (handling units, storage strategies, determination rules, etc.).

• Ensure integration of SAP EWM with MM, SD, PP, QM modules and external systems (MES, etc.).

• Define interfaces (Idoc, RFC, BAPI, etc.) and work with developers on specific requirements (enhancements, user exits, BAdIs).

• Identify issues, coordinate fixes, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Participate in planning and execution of cutovers and go-live activities.

• Provide Level 3 post go-live support and deliver user training.

• Contribute to global deployment projects (multi-site) and solution governance.

• Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation.

• Propose continuous improvements to warehouse processes using SAP EWM functionalities (RF, Fiori, Labor Management, etc.).

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (an asset).

• Minimum 7 years of experience on SAP projects, including at least 4 years on SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized).

• Participation in several full SAP EWM implementation cycles (Explore → Realize → Deploy).

• Strong understanding of logistics processes (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, cross-docking, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration: Slotting & Rearrangement, Warehouse Monitor, RF Framework, Handling Unit Management, Queue Management.

• Knowledge of cross-module integrations (MM, SD, PP, QM).

• Ability to read and understand ABAP for collaboration with developers (reading, debugging).

• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders in French and English.

• Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy in task management.

• Experience in complex project environments (multi-site).

• Knowledge of Agile and/or SAP Activate methodologies.

• Assets: SAP EWM or S/4HANA Logistics certification, ECC → S/4HANA migration experience, team management, AMS support.
