We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
- Maintain an organized supply inventory and report any shortages to management.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility users.
