THE OPPORTUNITYProduct Marketing at OpenText drives how our solutions are positioned, differentiated, and brought to market. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for AI-driven content management and process automation products. This is a global, highly collaborative role working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn complex technology into clear business value.
WHAT IT TAKESOwn product positioning, messaging, and solution narratives
Act as a product evangelist across sales, partners, customers, and analysts
Partner with demand generation to drive pipeline and revenue growth
Create and manage content across the funnel (sales decks, blogs, case studies, enablement assets)
Enable global sales and partner teams with plays, battlecards, and competitive insights
Plan and execute product launches and releases
Monitor market and competitive trends to sharpen differentiation
8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Product Marketing for enterprise software
Background in Content Services (ECM), BPM, ERP, or similar enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and their application in enterprise environments
Translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value
Working independently in fast-paced environments with a bias for action
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $130,000- $180,000; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
