Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Multi-Role Restaurant Employee. This position is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry and enjoys taking on various responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be cross-trained to perform tasks as a cashier, pack food for takeout orders, and assist with cooking duties.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Accurately handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and provide correct change.
• Input orders into the POS system and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.

Packaging:

• Assemble and pack food orders for takeout and delivery.
• Ensure that all orders are packaged correctly and in a timely manner.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers or delivery drivers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.

Cooking:

• Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking as needed.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the flexibility to switch between roles seamlessly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
