You will source and purchase wines, manage inventory, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and financial acumen to optimize sales and maintain budgeted targets. Effective communication and collaboration are essential in facilitating a smooth-running restaurant where staff feel motivated and empowered to deliver their best.
