As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality to our guests. With a strong background in wine and food, you will be responsible for training and supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Maintaining and developing our wine program is crucial to driving revenue and profitability. You will source and purchase wines, manage inventory, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and financial acumen to optimize sales and maintain budgeted targets. Effective communication and collaboration are essential in facilitating a smooth-running restaurant where staff feel motivated and empowered to deliver their best.
