Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Madison, Wisconsin, and play a key role in our supply chain and logistics operations. This position involves a wide range of activities essential for the efficient functioning of our warehouse. You'll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role demands physical stamina for tasks involving substantial Lifting, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure inventory integrity. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unpack, tag, etc.).
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and arrange stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Process outbound shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling orders.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
