We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be at the forefront of getting products to our customers efficiently and accurately. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a variety of orders for shipment, playing a vital part in our e-commerce fulfillment process. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We emphasize safety above all else and provide thorough training on all procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanning technology.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order contents against documentation for accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and ensuring proper sealing.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Utilize proper lifting techniques to avoid strain or injury.
- Wear all required PPE consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow safety instructions and wear PPE.
