We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers for our Indianapolis, Indiana location! This is a key role within our logistics department, responsible for the efficient and safe movement and handling of goods. You will be involved in essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized working environment. Daily responsibilities include:
- Unloading and processing incoming inventory.
- Organizing and stocking materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately picking products for outgoing orders.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Strictly adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participating in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Assisting with loading outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Supporting the overall smooth operation of our logistics center.
