Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse using proper storage techniques.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
