We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of inventory within our state-of-the-art facility. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to upholding high standards of Safety and efficiency in our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products according to order specifications for efficient fulfillment.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and dollies.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
- Physical ability to handle consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
