Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas.
- Transport inventory to designated locations within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any necessary maintenance.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with valid certification.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and safety best practices.
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Good coordination and spatial reasoning skills.
- Strong emphasis on safety and adherence to procedures.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Reliable attendance and a dedicated work ethic.
