As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the supply chain, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping a wide variety of products with precision and care. Attention to detail is paramount as you will be interacting with our inventory management system to track stock and fulfill orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following guidelines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
