We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by retrieving items from warehouse shelves. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. Your primary duties will involve navigating the warehouse, identifying the correct products using pick lists or scanning devices, and carefully placing items into designated containers. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and maintain inventory accuracy. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other warehouse staff, including those in shipping and receiving, to ensure a seamless workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to identify and locate products.
- Ensure correct quantities and product types are selected.
- Safely transport picked items to the packing or shipping area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking goals.
- Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order forms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
