We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy from receiving to shipping. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and performing inventory controls. You will also be responsible for organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. You must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures. Ensuring the correct handling and storage of goods is paramount to our success. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and all employees are expected to follow safety protocols diligently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on pick lists.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
