We are looking for an organized and efficient Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively to support our Logistics objectives. Your responsibilities will include scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with carriers, and overseeing the efficient flow of goods within the facility. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position. You will be the central point of contact for various warehouse functions, ensuring seamless operations. A key aspect of this role is upholding our high standards of Safety , ensuring all warehouse activities comply with regulations and that all staff utilize the necessary PPE . This role requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. While primarily an administrative and coordination role, there may be occasional requirements for physical tasks, including Lifting of supplies or inventory. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a proven ability to manage complex logistics operations are required.
