Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Verify the picked items against the order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully and securely, selecting appropriate shipping materials to prevent damage.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to optimize efficiency and Safety.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and material handling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Must be able to perform occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or warehouse work is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and meet productivity goals.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Experience in the Logistics industry is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
