We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient storage, handling, and shipment of goods. This position requires an individual who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be involved in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort and store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring safe and timely departure.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and workstations.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform Lifting of boxes and other items up to 40 lbs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic Safety practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles is a plus.
- Experience with RF scanners is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
