Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and other equipment.
- Ensure all items are correctly identified and prepared for shipment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to overall team goals and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
