Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our distribution center team in Sacramento, California. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. This role involves navigating our warehouse to retrieve specific items for outgoing shipments, playing a vital part in the overall logistics chain. Your speed and precision are key to our operational success.
Responsibilities:

Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or electronic scanning device.
Locate products within the warehouse, ensuring the correct item and quantity are selected.
Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
Pack items appropriately for shipping, ensuring no damage occurs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines.
Report any discrepancies in inventory or stock levels to supervisors.
Adhere to all company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting practices.
Meet daily picking quotas and contribute to overall team productivity.
Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, energetic, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina for continuous movement and moderate Lifting is required.
