Are you a detail-oriented individual seeking a rewarding career in logistics? We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our state-of-the-art facility in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the efficient processing and dispatch of goods. This position requires diligence, speed, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Utilize RF scanners and WMS software to manage inventory and track orders.
- Receive and put away incoming stock efficiently and correctly.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, free from hazards.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Strictly follow all Safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Engage in activities requiring significant physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics operation.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
