In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. - Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Meet performance metrics for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic inventory control.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adherence to safety protocols is essential.
