This versatile role encompasses a range of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. A proactive attitude, ability to work efficiently, and a strong commitment to Safety are essential. You will be an integral part of ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Adhere to all established operational procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills.
