We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize our warehouse operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse efficiency. This role is central to our Logistics and supply chain management, ensuring that our facility operates smoothly and meets all targets. You will work closely with the warehouse team to implement best practices and maintain high standards of organization and productivity. A key focus of this role is ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations and promoting a secure working environment for everyone. You will be involved in tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers, and resolving any operational issues that may arise. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential. We are committed to fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. This position requires a solid understanding of warehouse procedures and the ability to analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement. Training on specific systems and processes will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Implement and maintain warehouse organization and efficiency standards.
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Support the overall Logistics goals of the company.
