We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and the overall success of our Logistics network. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all Safety regulations is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial, but we encourage all motivated individuals to apply as training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to order sheets and specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed to support Logistics.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and Logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to Safety and teamwork.
- Good communication skills.
