Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate labeling and shipping of all outgoing orders.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Commitment to Safety is paramount.
