Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in Detroit, Michigan! We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our logistics facility. In this role, you will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain inventory accuracy. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
  • Inspect goods for damage and verify against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
  • Properly use all required PPE, such as safety vests and footwear.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Be prepared for regular Lifting and physical tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
