Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Los Angeles, California. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. This role requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will be working with a variety of products, so the ability to follow instructions precisely is paramount.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner technology.
  • Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Package picked items securely for shipment, adhering to company standards.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations and safety.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as directed.
  • Meet established productivity goals and quality standards.
  • Report any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately to a supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety is essential.
