Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack customer orders using order sheets and equipment.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and carefully.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Support logistics operations by ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Adhere to all warehouse procedures and company policies.
- Be prepared for frequent lifting and moving of products, adhering to proper techniques.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
