Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic Distribution Center Associate role in St. Louis, Missouri? We are seeking energetic individuals to perform a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This position involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products with speed and accuracy. You'll be working within a large-scale logistics environment, contributing directly to the successful fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities include accurately picking items from shelves, assembling orders, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also be responsible for operating hand trucks and pallet jacks. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all associates must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role often involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and walking throughout the warehouse. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
