We are looking for energetic and dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment. This position offers a great chance to be part of a dynamic logistics environment where teamwork and efficiency are key to success. You will contribute directly to the satisfaction of our customers by ensuring their orders are handled with care.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather items for customer orders.
- Pack items using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Sort and organize products within the fulfillment center.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular lifting, up to 45 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
