Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our thriving warehouse team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are accurately selected and packaged for shipment. Your role is vital to our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately picking a wide range of products from warehouse locations and meticulously packing them into appropriate shipping containers. This role involves consistent physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and careful lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We maintain a strong commitment to safety , providing comprehensive training and requiring the use of appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. You will utilize handheld scanners and follow order instructions precisely to ensure order accuracy. Efficiency and attention to detail are paramount. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Responsibilities include: picking products from designated warehouse locations, verifying picked items against order specifications, carefully packing products to prevent damage during transit, applying shipping labels and necessary documentation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and participating in inventory counts as needed.
