We are seeking motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to grow within our expanding logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and on time. Attention to detail is paramount to maintain inventory integrity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to upholding our high standards of safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Adhere to all mandated PPE requirements at all times.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of logistics and supply chain management.
- Be prepared for regular Lifting of packages up to 50 pounds.
