- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination or supervision.
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory control and logistics management.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, including hazard communication and PPE requirements.
- Ability to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
