Lead our warehouse operations in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Warehouse Supervisor. This key leadership position involves managing all aspects of warehouse activity, from receiving and inventory control to order fulfillment and dispatch. You will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of Safety and operational efficiency. Your duties will include scheduling staff, training team members, implementing best practices in logistics, and resolving any operational challenges that arise. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control techniques, and effective team leadership is essential. You will foster a culture of safety, ensuring all employees consistently use PPE and follow established safety protocols. This role requires the ability to oversee operations involving significant Lifting and the handling of various types of materials.
