As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We prioritize a safe working atmosphere and expect all employees to adhere strictly to our safety guidelines. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to accuracy. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE while performing your duties and must be comfortable with tasks involving significant lifting, up to 60 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory and orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Wear required PPE at all times to ensure personal safety and compliance.
- Perform duties that involve regular lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the logistics team.
- Follow all guidelines related to handling and storing materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- High school diploma or GED required.
