Location: London (Hybrid) Department: Sales Reporting to: Regional Sales Leader The Opportunity We are a global career marketplace, connecting employers with professionals through digital recruitment and employer branding solutions. We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our sales team and take ownership of a portfolio of clients. This role combines account management and new business development, with responsibility for growing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding your clients’ hiring and attraction challenges and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Account Management * Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on retention and long-term partnership. * Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. * Develop a deep understanding of clients’ hiring goals, cycles and challenges. * Deliver regular performance reviews, usage insights and optimisation recommendations. * Drive strong engagement and return on investment through effective product adoption and ongoing support. New Business Development * Proactively identify, prospect and onboard new clients. * Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations and tailored proposals aligned to client needs. * Partner with marketing to support lead generation and pipeline growth. What We’re Looking For * 2–5 years’ experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally within recruitment, HR tech or digital media. * Proven ability to manage client relationships while delivering against revenue targets. * Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover needs and present compelling solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. * Proactive, self-motivated and commercially minded. * Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and digital recruitment or advertising products is a plus.
