BAST Motors, Canada's first and only interior motorized blind motor brand, is looking for a Friendly, Project Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team

What You'll Do

Meet with builders, designers, developers, and automation integrators

Present BAST's motorized blinds, remotes, and smart-home solutions in a friendly, confident way

Visit job sites, take basic measurements, and understand project needs

Prepare project quotes and proposals

Follow up with clients and help guide them through the entire project

Build strong relationships and become the "face of BAST" for projects

Attend shows, events, and product demos

Work closely with our marketing and technical teams

Who We're Looking For

Friendly, polished, and great with communication

Enjoys talking to people, networking, and presenting

Professional appearance and positive personality

Self-motivated with good time management

Creative and tech-savvy (smart homes, design, or architecture interest is a bonus)

Experience is helpful, but personality, energy, and attitude matter even more
