About the Role:
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Engineering and Drafting team, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, and efficient solutions. You will cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, provide clear direction, and support professional development for all team members. In addition, you will oversee project timelines, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your leadership will play a vital role in aligning the team's performance with company objectives and contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

You are a collaborative, progressive, people-focused leader who thrives on developing others and building strong, high-performing teams. Calm under pressure and approachable, you foster trust and respect, lead with integrity, and balance strategic oversight with practical engineering knowledge. You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil (Structural) Engineering, and a Professional Engineer designation (APEGS). You bring strong organizational and time-management skills, and experience with tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, you know how to align people, processes, and projects for lasting success.
