We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.50 to 60% activity rateWithin Technologies & Operations department, Finance Core Banking development team is composed of around fifteen people organized according to agile principles, Finance Core is in charge of strategic projects and evolutive maintenance for Finance and Accounting components.YOUR ROLEEstablish effective communication between the client/end users and the development team, helping them to communicate together directly when requirements are clear enoughDesign clear and comprehensive functional specification, including user journey, process models, and data flow diagramsManipulate data, extract insights, and use it to inform decision-making and support the development of project requirementsEnsure the quality and integrity of project requirements and deliverablesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the project or the productDescribe and perform end-to-end testing scenarios and their execution at transversal (multi-products) levelOversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of project within the organizationIdentify and mitigate risk, issue and dependencies across the projectPrepare and present project status including progress, risks, issues and dependenciesManage project arbitrations and escalate to appropriate stakeholdersYOUR PROFILEMaster degree in business management, computer engineering, information system or a relevant fieldExperience working in cross-functional teams or in a significant transformation project3+ year experience in a similar role within banking industryA previous experience in Finance and Accounting will be highly consideredGood command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365)Strong critical thinking to analyze, challenge and translate the client’s requirements distinctlyBe able to interpret the problem and find alternative business and technical approachesGood understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and processes to align activities with the overall project plan, schedule, and deliverablesPresent project findings and outcomes in front of the stakeholdersAbility to process modeling and analysis capabilities to map and assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization in French and EnglishAbility to analyze data and metrics to drive data-driven decision makingResident in Switzerland or willingness to relocateOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
