What You’ll Do
Develop and lead comprehensive, long‑term content strategies across all marketing and social channels.
Coordinate the creative output of content teams to ensure high quality and consistency.
Act as the voice of the player internally, using insights and data analytics to build content and product roadmaps.
Stay ahead of platform trends and new game releases to build relevant content.
Define important metrics, track performance, and optimise strategies to demonstrate content efficiency.
Hire, mentor, and manage a high‑functioning, cross‑disciplinary team.
Collaborate with departments such as game development, publishing, marketing, and product teams for coordinated content efforts.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in content leadership or strategy roles within gaming, entertainment, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of gaming culture, communities, genres, and industry trends.
Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools to inform decision‑making.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and influence collaborators.
