We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Design Technology leader to join our vibrant department. You will teach across KS3 and KS4 and lead the DT Department. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, a passion for inspiring young people, and high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
Responsibilities:
Teach Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Lead the DT department, supporting colleagues, developing curriculum and assessment.
Shape a challenging and engaging curriculum within a collaborative team and make a real impact on student outcomes.
Drive the department’s mission forward and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong subject knowledge in Design Technology.
Experience leading or teaching within KS3/KS4.
Evidence of high expectations for achievement and behaviour.
Passion for inspiring and motivating students.
