Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient flow of goods through our Logistics hub. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Store merchandise in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for powered equipment).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all Safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order status.
- Adhere to company guidelines regarding the use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving the Lifting and moving of goods, ensuring proper techniques are used.
- Contribute to team efforts and support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe working environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
