Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in San Diego, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be instrumental in the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, and fulfilling orders accurately and on time. This role demands physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and meet daily targets. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics operation. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train dedicated individuals. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory using warehouse management systems.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure all packages are properly labeled and addressed for outgoing logistics.
  • Adhere to strict PPE requirements at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and best practices for lifting.
