Job Summary:
Join our logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Picker/Packer! This dynamic role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:

Accurately pick items from inventory based on order slips or RF scanner output.
Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
Verify shipping information and apply labels correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
Meet established productivity and quality targets for picking and packing.
Assist with other warehouse tasks and logistics support as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous picking or packing experience preferred.
Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to wear required PPE for safety.
Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
Commitment to following safety guidelines is mandatory.
