Your duties will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company safety policies, including safe lifting practices and the use of PPE.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Understanding of fulfillment center logistics.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
