Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas, and play a vital role in our e-commerce operations. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to our valued customers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of each order, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to manage inventory and process orders efficiently. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence. We emphasize a safe and productive work environment for all our associates.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Proper use of required PPE is mandatory.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is beneficial. Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs. A strong focus on Safety and adherence to all company policies is required. Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-volume environment. Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
