We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics network. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position requires physical stamina as you will be on your feet for extended periods and will be responsible for frequent lifting and moving of goods. A strong attention to detail is crucial for ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly. You will work closely with other team members to achieve daily goals. We provide comprehensive training on all warehouse procedures and safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
