We are seeking a reliable and efficient Picker/Packer to join our growing logistics hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick specified items from warehouse inventory based on order tickets.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and the general warehouse area.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Strictly adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Picking, Packing, or general warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for the entire shift.
  • Capacity for regular Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail for ensuring order accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for a dynamic logistics environment.
  • Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards.
